Sleep, focus or calm. One choice, and the only decision you make.

Your library, your player, your songs. Nothing moves.

The app adds a personalised wellbeing layer under the track, matched to it. The song does not change, and you will not hear it working.
Your own music. Actual screens from the app.

Cannot wait?
MindHug Zero is already live at Backstage: silent-disco style listening sessions, small and guided, run under proper music licences. The app is what is still to come — the experience is here now. Private sessions on request, public ones announced through our social channels.

Where this came from
MindHug Zero brings the same understanding as our programmes to something you already do — pressing play.
MindHug has spent years working on why people know what helps and do not do it, with universities, organisations and UK government programmes. The programmes build the behaviour deliberately; Zero brings a little of the same calm to the music you already play.
Questions
MindHug Zero applies a personalised wellbeing sound layer alongside the audio you are already playing. It works with the way the auditory system responds to specific acoustic patterns, an area studied under headings including binaural approaches, entrainment and neuro-acoustics. The music you chose is what you hear. MindHug Zero sits underneath it and does not alter the track.
Once launched, MindHug Zero is designed to run alongside the mainstream music apps you already use — think Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music — as well as bespoke MindHug music. The exact supported apps will be confirmed at launch. You keep your library, your player and your habit. Nothing moves.
It is designed to sit almost unnoticed beneath the music, so you are not meant to hear it as a separate sound. What people report noticing is the state rather than the signal: settling faster, staying with a task longer, drifting off sooner. MindHug Zero shows the intention you selected and the session running, so you can see it is active even when you cannot hear it.
MindHug Zero includes a safety timer that limits session length, so a session ends rather than running indefinitely. Listen at a comfortable volume, as you would with any audio. If you have a diagnosed hearing condition, epilepsy, or any concern at all, speak to a qualified clinician before use.
MindHug Zero is non-invasive: we do not modify, store or redistribute songs. It operates as an audio overlay running alongside mainstream music streaming apps, so your music stays exactly where it is, licensed as it already was.
The field includes published work on binaural beats, auditory entrainment and neuro-acoustics. That research belongs to its authors. Backstage is live and we are gathering our own evidence now, which we will publish when we have it, attributed and dated.
No. MindHug Zero is a wellbeing product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

MindHug Zero supports sleep quality, focus and feelings of calm. It makes no claim about sleep disorders, anxiety as a diagnosed condition, or any other clinical outcome. Published research on binaural approaches, entrainment and neuro-acoustics belongs to its authors and is not MindHug Zero outcome data.
