Team
The people who design and deliver the work
A small team. Behavioural economics and risk, clinical psychology, operations, and audio engineering.

Chitraj (Raj) Singh
Founder & CEO
Raj is an economist and behavioural scientist, and a former central banker, regulator and chartered insurer. At LSE his focus was what drives rational and irrational behaviour: heuristics, shortcuts and the economic systems built on them. After his own mental health crisis, his research at UCL extended that interest into mental health, information overload and how people process experience, including a Master’s level dissertation on the role of information in mental wellbeing. He originated the SURE framework that underpins every MindHug programme and drives the vision behind MindHug Zero.

Chidinma Beatrice Egwu
Chief of Staff, Operations & Programme Manager
Chi brings a background in research, programme management and operations, with a sciences foundation that supports MindHug’s work translating research into real world delivery. She keeps MindHug’s programmes running day to day, from partner coordination and delivery assurance to the systems and automation infrastructure behind the team’s work.

Katerina Fista
Psychology Lead
Katerina holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology and has spent over five years as MindHug’s Psychology Lead, specialising in trauma informed practice and programme design for anxiety, addiction and trauma. She leads delivery of the SURE model across MindHug’s cohorts and holds safeguarding oversight for every participant.

Luke Davies
Creative Lead & Audio/Sound Engineer
Luke is an audio and sound engineer with over ten years of professional experience, specialising in binaural beats, Solfeggio frequencies and real time AI based audio analysis. He leads the technical development of MindHug Zero and designs the immersive audio experiences woven through MindHug’s programmes.
Behind the team
Clinical and regulatory oversight
Every cohort carries safeguarding oversight, held by our Psychology Lead. Programmes are designed with clinical input and measured with validated scales rather than satisfaction scores alone.
We work alongside specialist delivery partners on cybersecurity curriculum and inclusive training, and with clinical and regulatory advisors on evidence and compliance. Details are available to organisations running procurement or due diligence.
Want to work with us, or for us?
We run a practitioner network, train coaches, make a podcast, and hire when roles open.
