Wellbeing, resilience and psychological safety training
People know they should rest, and keep going anyway. We start with the nervous system, not advice, using experiences such as music, art, sound, breath and mindfulness to reach people who skip the usual offer.
You may be seeing
- The support is there, EAP, resources, but the people who need it don’t use it.
- Stress surfaces late: as absence, conflict, or someone good suddenly dropping.
- Managers are the front line for this, and don’t feel equipped to hold it.
