Feel Better
Wellbeing experiences for your group
Sound baths, mindfulness, therapeutic art and more, from our training. Book one on its own, in person or online.

Sound bath
Lie back while bowls, gongs and chimes fill the room. Nothing to do but listen.

MindHug Zero ‘Backstage’
A private listening party: your group hears our wellbeing frequencies in the music they love.

Therapeutic music
Listen, play and make music together. No musical experience needed.

Mindfulness
Short, practical ways to settle attention that people can use again at their desk.

Breathwork
Guided breathing that slows everything down, and that people can use again on their own.

Therapeutic art
Paint and make things together. No skill needed, and the conversation comes easily.

Part of our training
Feel better first. Then adapt and build.
Psychological safety and nervous system safety are different, and we work on both. These experiences use signals the nervous system recognises as safe, to build the psychological conditions people need to feel better, as a first step towards adapting and building.
One session gives a group a shared reset. Training makes it last. Run an experience on its own, or as part of a Feel Better programme or ‘MindHug One’. Our Psychology of Change explains why calm comes first.

“MindHug’s Therapeutic Art session was incredible for my team. We grew closer together, understood each other better and the trust between team members just went to another level.”
“We partnered with MindHug to deliver workshops as part of our Mental Health Awareness week and were impressed by the range of workshops and therapists available.”
These are wellbeing experiences, not medical treatment. MindHug is a behavioural-science organisation, not a medical or clinical provider, and does not diagnose or treat health conditions. If you have a health condition, or are sensitive to sound, movement or breathing exercises, please speak to your GP first and tell us before the session.
Not sure which one?
Tell us about your group and what is going on, and we will suggest one.
No obligation.
A few lines is enough.
