MindHug is a brand used by separate legal entities. The entity responsible for a service is identified in the proposal, order, booking confirmation, event invitation or participant information for that service.

MindHug Ltd operates this website, owns and licenses the MindHug brand and programme intellectual property, and is the usual provider of MindHug Zero and commercial services. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 12293600, at Bury Lodge, Bury Road, Stowmarket, England, IP14 1JA.

MindHug Impact CIC delivers named community-benefit and social-impact services. It is a separate community interest company, controlled by MindHug Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16356929, at the same address. Its surpluses are applied for community benefit in accordance with its constitution and the law governing community interest companies.

Other organisations sometimes help deliver a programme, host an event, provide technology or carry out research. We identify any organisation with its own contractual or data-protection responsibility before it becomes involved.
