The approach
What we did
A 20+ hour neuroscience and psychology programme built around cognitive reframing, setback planning and structured experiments with real customers. A British Council supported project, with LSE as lead delivery partner.
The programme, and the behaviour behind it

What that added up to
Greater innovation
Ideas tested early, so good ones get backed and weak ones stop.

Measured improvement in psychological safety and emotional resilience.
Better employment outcomes
Confidence to apply new skills in their jobs, and to go out and find work.
Knowing matters. Doing changes things.
No obligation.
