Digital Skills and Adoption
Across DSIT initiatives, people had the digital training but were not turning it into confidence, use at work, or employment. Application, not access, was the blocker.

- 96% of psychological safety measures increased
- 100% reported confidence applying the psychology of change

The approach
What we did
A 28 hour programme combining behavioural work with technical content and focused on application in participants’ own work, with 20 coaches trained to sustain it after delivery.
What participants say about MindHug Programmes
“All the time I had to deal with cyber training I was bored of it or saw it as a pain, and now with the training I am now advocating for it, asking more questions.”
Outcomes
What that added up to
Better employment outcomes
Confidence to apply new skills in their jobs, and to go out and find work.
Better digital adoption
Tools, policies and ways of working that people actually take up and keep using.
Better wellbeing
Measured improvement in psychological safety and emotional resilience.
More successful projects
Work that reaches real use and gets finished, not just planned.
Knowing matters. Doing changes things.
No obligation.
A few lines is enough.
