Learning outcomes
What a participant can do afterwards
Outcomes are written as behaviours, not as topics covered, because that is what makes them assessable. Exact outcomes are set per programme and confirmed before delivery.
- Describe how attention narrows under load, and recognise it in themselves
- Name the conditions that make a behaviour available or unavailable
- Apply a regulation technique in a real working situation
- Reframe a setback into a specific next action
- Identify the pressure levers used in a social engineering attempt
- Judge when an AI output should be trusted and when it should not
- Raise a concern early, in a form a colleague can act on
- Run a debrief that produces a change rather than a summary
- Support a colleague without absorbing the load
Delivery
Formats
- Single workshops, 90 minutes to 3 hours
- Multi-session programmes, 8 to 24 hours
- In person, online, or blended
- Cohort delivery or open sessions
- Internal coach training, so delivery continues without us
Questions
CPD, answered
Which MindHug programmes carry CPD?
The Psychology of Change and the Psychology of Change and Cybersecurity are CPD accredited, as are Stay well under pressure and Entrepreneur Resilience and Mindset. Psychology of Change and AI is live and delivered, including with LSE, but is not currently CPD accredited. Accreditation is confirmed per cohort at scoping, because format and hours affect it.
Is ‘MindHug One’ CPD accredited?
Psychology of Change, one of its components, is CPD accredited, whether booked on its own or within ‘MindHug One’. We are working towards CPD for all 40 hours, so ask us before you plan against it.
How many CPD hours does a programme carry?
Hours follow contact time and vary by format, from a single 90-minute workshop to multi-session programmes of up to 24 hours. We confirm the exact CPD hours in writing before delivery so your team can plan against them.
What do participants receive?
A certificate of completion recording the programme, the hours and the learning outcomes, issued after delivery. Organisations receive a cohort summary for their own records.
Can you deliver to a professional body’s requirements?
Usually, yes. Tell us the body and the competency framework you are reporting against, and we will map the learning outcomes to it before we start rather than after.
Need your CPD points? We can do that.
Tell us the framework you report against and the behaviour you are trying to shift. We will come back with hours, outcomes and a format.
