Research and evidence

We measure a baseline before delivery, use scales designed with our applied neuropsychology team rather than satisfaction questions, and look at behaviour as well as feeling. That is what lets us say whether anything actually moved.

Every statistic we publish is attributed to the programme that produced it, with its source stated. Figures are drawn from the programmes and participants we measured. Where a client reports improvement without publishing a number, we say that rather than supplying one, and we do not present a group-level measure as if it described individuals.

We keep an internal evidence record behind each published figure so that a correction in one place is reflected everywhere the figure appears.

Taking part in evaluation is voluntary and based on consent. We use identifiable data only as set out in the agreement for that programme and our privacy notice, and we anonymise or aggregate results for research and case studies. You can withdraw from evaluation at any time without affecting your participation.
